This year’s menu also embodies this spirit: we are preserving traditional flavours, whilst also expanding the selection with modern, contemporary dishes.
Smaller, family-run and artisan businesses will play a prominent role, offering discounted prices to ensure that the festive food and drink is accessible to everyone. Most vendors will also be offering vegetarian options. There will be bars and drinks counters at every venue.
