The Country’s Bread Can Also Be Tasted at the Magyar Ízek Utcája (Street of Hungarian Flavours) Food Festival
The Hungarian Bakers’ Association presented awards in three categories at its professional competition held in connection with August 20. In addition to the Country’s Bread, winners were also announced in the Innovative Bread and Walking Pastry categories.
Hungary’s Sugar-Free Cake Inspired by Grandma’s Plum Jam: Szilvafácska Wins This Year’s Competition
For the 15th time, Hungary’s Sugar-Free Cake has been selected in the competition organized by the One Drop Attention Foundation. This year’s winning cake, Szilvafácska, is both nostalgic and modern, and contains no added sugar at all.
